Biofinity Toric Review

Biofinity Toric contact lenses are probably some of the best contact lenses Ive ever worn. I have stigmatisms, and that makes my eyes very sensitive. For some time I went back to my old glasses just because I found contact lenses so complicated and uncomfortable. Biofinity contact lenses were very different, however.

Comfort

These lenses just sit on the eye very nicely, even with my stigmatism. Frankly, Ive forgotten theyre in there several times, which might be alarming except that theyre okay to use for six or seven days in a row. I stare at a computer screen all day and my eyes still dont get watery or itchy, and Im not having to resort to eye drops. The lens doesnt move around at all.

Vision

My vision has been great with the Biofinity Toric contact lenses. Its been sharp, clear, and just as good as what my glasses deliver. I havent had any urge to go back to my glasses since trying the Biofinity Toric contact lenses. Im starting to feel like someone with normal eyes again, which is a big blessing!

Healthy Eyes

My eyes didnt start turning red with the Biofinity Toric contact lenses. They didnt clog up my tear ducts and they werent abrasive. They werent itchy, dry, or uncomfortable at any point at all. I feel like Im not endangering the health of my eyes just for the trade-off of looking better when I use these contact lenses.

Easy To Use

These contact lenses are very easy to apply. Theyre also easy to clean. And, when I drop them, theyre pretty easy to find. I noticed a slight bluish tinge when they were out but I didnt see it when they were in. When I dropped one in the sink it was easy to fish it out, clean it up, and get it into my eye where it belonged. The last contact lens I used hit the sink and was never to be found again.

One Or Two Brief Issues

There are one or two brief issues that you should know about before buying. First, as you might expect for this kind of quality, the Biofinity Toric contact lenses are somewhat more expensive than other contact lenses you might have bought in the past. I dont see that as much of a problem as a pack of thirty still comes in at around $1.16 per day to use, which just isnt enough to upset me. Second, something about the ways these are made mean they are quite a bit thicker than Ive come to expect with other contact lenses. This can take some getting used to, but like I said, once youre used to them theres a tendency to forget theyre there at all.

The Bottom Line

I would recommend Biofinity Toric lenses to anyone I know who has the same sort of eye problems I have. Im very glad that my eye doctor pointed them out to me as an alternative to glasses. I look better, I feel better about myself, and Im more comfortable. In addition, these contacts suit my active lifestyle in a way that the glasses never did. Im extremely happy with my Biofinity Toric contact lenses and intend to keep purchasing them well into the future.
